Returns & Refunds Policy
At Eve Rise & Culture, we bake every sourdough loaf with care. Since our bread is a fresh, handcrafted product, our return policy differs slightly from non-food businesses. Our goal is always your satisfaction and the quality of our bread.
1. Cancellations & Order Changes
Because our sourdough takes time (orders are meticulously prepared on Mondays and Thursdays for baking and delivery), we require advance notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Deadlines:
For Monday (Weekday) Orders: Cancellation request must be received by Monday at 8:00 AM.
For Thursday (Weekend) Orders: Cancellation request must be received by Thursday at 8:00 AM.
To cancel your order, please notify us using one of these methods:

Once a valid cancellation is received, we will process your refund using your original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation, and the funds should be returned to your account within 72 hours of that confirmation.
2. Our Quality Guarantee (Refund Conditions)
We want you to love your sourdough. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your loaf, we are happy to address it. Please note the following conditions for refund eligibility:
The 72-Hour Window: Any claim regarding the quality of the goods must be received within 72 hours of the initial order/purchase.
Direct Purchase: The goods must have been received directly from Eve Rise & Culture (not a third party).
Verified Claim: A "Reason for Refund" must be clearly stated and verifiable by us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for merchandise that does not meet these return conditions at our sole discretion.
3. Returning Goods / Proving a Claim
As this is a perishable, artisanal food product, we do not require the physical "return" of stale or unsatisfying bread. However, you are responsible for providing proof of your quality claim.
Eve Rise & Culture may request:
Clear photo or video evidence of your concern (e.g., molding earlier than 72h, strange texture, excessive burning).
In some local cases, we may request a physical exchange of the bread.
Please document your quality concern immediately. We are unable to process a quality-based refund without verification of your claim.
Note: Eve Rise & Culture cannot be held responsible for goods damaged, lost, or disposed of by the customer after successful delivery.
